I lost another pound!!! That makes 2 pounds so far. I would love to have lost more, but at least the scale is moving in the right direction.
This past week's Body after Baby challenge was to eat healthy, balanced meals. I didn't do great....but, I earned 11 points. I'll take it!
Last week was a rather emotional one for me, so I am hoping that this week will be better since I am in a better frame of mind.
Goals for Week 4:
--lose 2 pounds
--continue walking 30 minutes a day
-- 50 sit ups every day
Let's hope this is the week I lose 2 pounds!!!

Glad I'm not the only one whose pounds aren't just falling off. I too have only lost 2 lbs when my goal by now was 6 lbs lost. We can do it! I know we can!
