To sum up last week's challenge: I did bad.
I had great intentions, but failed to remember that we would be busy driving all over the place this weekend to visit several friends in the area. I still managed to pull off some walking, but no where near an hour a day as I had planned. I did 3 1/2 hours for the week, which gives me 14 points for this week (right?).
I also didn't manage to lose a single pound. But, I didn't gain any either.
Goals for this week:
eat balanced meals for EVERY meal
lose 2 pounds
walk 30 minutes each day

Yep, sounds like a lot of people neither lost nor gained this week (me included). We can do it though! We just need to hang in there!
